Ingredients

  • Egg whites
  • Sugar- 3 TBSP/egg

Steps

  • Bring egg whites to room temperature
  • Begin beating egg whites
  • When soft peaks form, slowly add sugar
  • Mix until meringue forms stiff peaks
  • Mix again just prior to using to ensure even consistency
